Service 'Personal time', tab 'Affairs'

The service is intended for the personal time tracking - the main method for estimating of personal effectiveness.
Convenient and easy to use tool for formalizing, classification and analysis of personal affairs. To create a list of affairs performed per day, you need only 3-5 minutes. Summary information for the analysis will be formed automatically.

Affairs

On the "Affairs" tab create a list of affairs performed during the day. On this tab in the calendar on the right you need to choose the day on which you want to add affairs (the default is the current day). Under the calendar display information about selected day: your satisfaction with the day (on the scale from 0 to 10) and notes of the day.

On the left is formed by a list of affairs, performed during the day. It displays the time when affair was completed, its description, and priority.

To add the affair to choose the last row in the list and enter the necessary information about it (time, description and priority).
In the text box for input time you can only specify hours and minutes. As a delimiter, you can use the following characters - :;.,^ and space. After entering the time of any of these delimiters is replaced with a colon (:). You can enter only hours, minutes will be added automatically.
By default, a field for entering the time of the new affairs shows the current time, making it easier to add affairs at once at its completion.

To delete the affair you need in his line click on the button "Delete".
The button "Fill" will add to the current day, list of affairs every 10 minutes. You will only need to add a description, and priority.
The button "Clear" removes all the affairs that have no description.

When you click on "Details affairs" will be displayed panel of detailed information about the currently selected affair.In this panel you can add a group, which include affair, and leave notes for this affair.

At the bottom of the tab displays the scale of distribution of your affairs on the day.

Groups of affairs

Service 'Personal time', tab 'Groups of affairs'

On the Groups of affairs tab you can create a list of groups of affairs, ie classification of your affairs.
To add of the new group you need to select the last row and enter the name of the group.
Switcher to the right you can specify that it is harmful group.
To delete a group you need to press Delete Group on the right in a row was deleted group.

Analytics

Service 'Personal time', tab 'Analytics'

On the Analytics tab can analyze your affairs. This is the main purpose of service.

Top part is the settings bar where you can modify the parameters of analysis affairs.

In this panel at the top left is a list of the data for analyzing (measurements). You can analyze all the affairs by priority (item "Priority") or by groups of affairs (below the item "Groups:"). You can select more than one measurement.

At right part you can set the interval for aggregation of data. Values ​​can be aggregated by day (with virtually no aggregation) or by week. Below you can set the type of the result. It can be absolute (values are summed) or average (values ​​are averaged).

Under the list of measurements is the fields to select the analysis period (start and end date) and the type of presentation of results (table or bar chart).

Under the settings panel is an area of presentation of the analyzed data. If you change any settings will be automatically update the data in this area.
